1: That any cd-r you order will only be used for backup or demo purposes.

In order to have a backup copy you must own an original copy.

Demo Purposes means that you may use the product for a period of no more than 48 hours, after which time you will unistall the program and destroy the CD. This is for those who are not sure whether they want to buy a program or not, so they use our service to see if it is what they are looking for. If it is then they go and buy a retail copy, if it is not they save hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

2: I agree that this service providor is not liable for any illegal use of these products by the constumer. Since illegal use of the product would mean that the costumer is breaking this service agreement.

3. I agree and understand that this service providor does not sell software, but that the money received is for the service of burning, the cd-r media, and shipping and handling.
