1. What is a CD-R? - A CD-r is cd-recordable media. This is the media on which your copies are made.
2. Is it legal to own backup copies of my own software? - It is legal to have a backup copy of the software which you own.
3. What if I want to demo the product? - If you use these products for demonstration purposes than you must erase the files and destroy the cd within 48 hours of installing it. You can demo a product to find out if you wish to buy the retail version.
4. Are these full version? - Yes all products offered here are full version.
5. Are serial Numbers included? - All neccesary serial Numbers are included on the file entitled "Serial Number" they will also be available on this website. If you are using this product as a backup then it is best to use your original serial number.
6. Can I register these products online? - It is not recommended if you use one of the backup serial numbers provided.
7. What exactly does "for backup purposes" mean? - This means that you may have a backup copy of a piece of software if you own an original copy.
8. What exactly does "demonstration purposes" mean? - It means that if you do not own an original copy, you may still order these products, but you may only demo them, meaning you can use them for 48 hours after installing, in order to see if you want to buy the retail copy, once your 48 hours is up you must delete the program and destroy the cd.
9. Are you selling software? - No, All money received is for the service of burning, the cd-r media, and shipping and handling.
10. Do you guarantee a quality burn? - All cd-rs are tested before being sent out to make sure everything is fully working. If for some reason a cd doesn't work when you recieve it just email us.
11. What forms of payment to accept? - We accept check or money order. All payments must be received before products will be shipped.
12. What if I decide that I like the product that I demo, but that I don't want to spend the money to buy, it so I decide to just keep using the backup copy? - If you do this than you will be breaking the law.
13. If after demoing a product I decide that I like it and I buy the retail product can I keep the backup copy that I demoed and use it as a backup copy? - Yes, as long as after demoing you buy a retail copy.
